AK Surveying Services provides detailed, property-specific building surveys and specialist moisture investigations across West Sussex and throughout the UK by arrangement.
Every property is different, particularly where a building is older, altered, traditionally constructed or affected by moisture. The appropriate service and level of investigation are therefore recommended after reviewing the property and the client’s particular concerns.
RICS Level 2 – HomeBuyer / Condition Survey
Generally suitable for conventionally constructed properties that appear to be in reasonable condition and have not been extensively altered from 1945 onwards.

A Level 3 Survey provides a far more detailed inspection and deeper analysis of defects and risks.

- Evidence-led moisture assessment with practical recommendations for further investigation or repair.

Bespoke Building & Moisture Survey

Combines the depth of a Building Survey with advanced moisture diagnostics.

Residential roof and chimney inspections up to 30 metres (subject to safe operating conditions).

Note: Drone surveys may be limited in coastal areas or during nesting seasons and bad weather.
